- People matter to God, and that means they matter to us and our local church community.
- That striving for excellence in all things is honouring to God, an inspiration to us and our visitors.
- Our church should be culturally relevant, whilst at all times adhering to Christian principles.
- We should personally pursue and encourage devotion to Christ and his causes; this should manifest itself in our behaviour.
- The church should operate as a full community of believers, valuing each other and being fully supportive.
- Loving relationships both inside and outside the church should be key to every aspect of church life.
- It is our responsibility to encourage and search out spiritual gifts.
- All believers should yearn for spiritual growth and we should encourage this at all times.
- Our church should be exciting, have a ‘buzz’ which will encourage growth in all its forms.
