Holiday Club 2010
Rocky's Plaice was the theme for this year's holiday club with the church being transformed into a Fish 'n' Chip cafe for the week. The children were busy learning bible stories about Peter from Acts as well as creating lots of crafts and playing games.
Special guests from the past such as Auntie Maud and Postman Pete were able to come along, as well as a new character called Captain Ketchup joining in the antics.
Our usual BBQ took place on the Kinecroft with over 150 people attending, unfortunately there was no rain this year! Lots of parents, grandparents and friends came to see what the children had been doing on the Friday afternoon and at the Sunday service. We were even fortunate enough to meet the Mayor of Wallingford, Bernard Stone on the Tuesday.
Here are a few photos to show you what the children (and leaders) were up to!
